Awards To Be Presented At
The Conclusion of the
Tri-State Kudzu Klassic
1) Trophies will be awarded to Superior
(I) performance ratings for Band, Drum Major,
Majorette, Dance Line, Color Guard, and Percussion.
Wall plaques will be awarded to all Excellent
(II) performances..
2) The Hal Kirby Memorial “Overall
Superior Performance” Award will be
awarded to Bands who receive all Superior (I) ratings in
all captions (i.e. Band, Drum Major, Majorette, Dance
Line, Color Guard, and Percussion). All sections must
be adjudicated to qualify any band that chooses comments
only for an auxiliary will not be eligible for the Hal
Kirby award.
3) An
Outstanding Soloist/Duet will be
awarded in each classification. The band judges will
select these awards. (This may also include a duet.)
4) The
Tim Bowling “The Coke Man” Most Entertaining Award
will be presented to one band in each classification,
which will be determined by the band judges. (Based on
your bands overall presentation.) (Sponsored by the
Coca-Cola Company)
5) The
“Kudzu Krazy Fan” Award will be
awarded to the band with the most fan enthusiasm. |
